It's Lenina, the incompetent secretary/double-agent!
Lenina is in the employ of Gen. Jones, high-ranking intelligence official, and bounces between various Washington offices, digging up dirt and various other bits of political infotainment. Though her poor secretary skills and inability to distinguish between copy machines and shredders are infamous throughout Capitol Hill, there is always an endless number of lecherous, elected white guys in suits around to keep her from being out of work. It certainly is a shame for them that Lenina is too oblivious to understand this.
